- Three Four Seasons properties and three Four Seasons spas earned their first Five-Star designation in 2021.
ISPA (International Spa Association) Innovate Awards
- Four Seasons enhanced global health and safety program, Lead With Care, was awarded in the 2021 ISPA Innovate Awards Business Practices category. The award recognizes the creativity and adaptability displayed by organizations who pivoted while managing the COVID-19 pandemic.
