Elevated Pizza Co is a delicious spot located in District 1881 in Downtown Chilliwack serving artisanal Italian-inspired thin crust pizzas.
This is the second time that I have visited them and on this occasion I tried a few of their offerings.
We got a whole Margherita pizza with tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil, olive oil, and shaved grana padano.
We also got a couple of slices which they serve in Roman-style rectangles. There was the Arugula with a spicy fig spread, sun dried tomatoes, goat cheese, balsamic reduction and olive oil.
We also enjoyed the Sausage pizza with Nduja sausage, banana peppers, and mushrooms.
We loved the crispy crust, gooey cheese, and juicy flavourful toppings of the pizza.
