Marine Park, which is on Naples Island’s north eastern shore, is also known as Mother’s Beach by locals.
It’s an ideal beach for families with young children to enjoy because of its gentle waves, shallow swimming area, and lifeguard supervision during the busy season.
The water at Mother’s Beach is shielded from the waves of the open ocean because it lies inside Alamitos Bay, below Marine Stadium.
Kids will also like the playground at the northern end of the beach, which features modern play structures for them to climb, crawl through, swing through, slide down, and jump through.
The distance between the playground, beach, and water allows parents to easily keep an eye on their kids as they dash from one activity to the next.
An extensive grassy area provides the perfect setting for a picnic with the family or to take a break from the sun beneath the soothing shade of one of the numerous trees.
There is also Mom’s Beach House Café which is also open on weekends for breakfast or lunch.
While you are there, there might be dragon boat and outrigger boats travelling on the water.
Beach showers are available at the south end of the beach near the public restrooms so that you can rinse off before going home.
