Did you know that an alarming 22% of Canadian millennials have not heard, or are unsure if they have heard, of the Holocaust; and 62% of Canadian millennials were not aware that six million Jews were killed in the Holocaust.

Next Friday, January 27, is International Holocaust Remembrance Day (IHRD), a global movement to commemorate the six million Jewish children, women, and men murdered in the Holocaust, to honour the Survivors, and remember the Righteous Among the Nations for their courage and heroism.
We are hoping you would join the conversation by participating in the World Jewish Congress’ eighth annual #WeRemember campaign (managed, in Canada, by CIJA).
Between January 20-27, post pictures of yourself holding the #WeRemember sign (download here) and remind the world what can happen when hatred is allowed to thrive unchecked. Then ask others to do the same.
